Initiate Your Return
Log in to your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
